Carbon Plant Ash Landfill Closure Project

This project consisted of the reclamation of an ash stockpile at an abandoned coal-fired generator plant located near Price, Utah for PacifiCorp Energy. Work included 700,000 cy of ash excavation and grading, 100,000 cy of cover soil placement, seeding, and erosion control.
